This is an exciting time for this reputed firm and real estate team. They are growing in size and looking to add a further paralegal to their real estate finance security team in Exeter.  
 
This role will include advising on due diligence aspects of acquisition of property portfolios, development and regeneration schemes. You and the team provide advice to borrowers and funders upon the charging of residential and mixed-development sites both locally and nationwide.
 
Many of your projects will be large scale and complex - meaning a challenging and interesting caseload.  
 
You will work alongside and learn from market leading solicitors and partners. You will have much client contact from day one and if appropriate be invited to be involved in business development activities.  
 
To apply for this role you should be a paralegal or part qualified legal executive. You should have practical experience working in a law firm and specialising in either residential property, real estate, property development or security work. Experience of working with housing clients, is beneficial.
