The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving Commercial Property practice in their Brighton office, East Sussex.

The Commercial Property team deal with a wide range of high net worth Property work, including: drafting and negotiation of commercial property leases, renewal and termination of leases, purchase and sales, lease covenants for landlords or tenants, acquisition and disposal of freehold/leasehold properties, land and property development, trust property, investment property, sale and purchase of businesses, licensed premises, and more.

Your role will be to work on a varied, interesting and high net worth case load, across a wide range of Commercial Property matters.

You will be given excellent secretarial support, as well as the support, tools and encouragement to business develop and market for the firm, growing your own client base and servicing clients at a mid to high end level and value.

The Commercial Property team are friendly, outgoing, and there is a high level of team work across the board. The career progression prospects are very good, you can quickly progress to Associateship, then Partnership if you put in the hard work.
