Two week locum position at a CQS accredited firm in Basingstoke for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.

Accredited by the Law Society’s CQS for its expertise in property, this firm is now seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to work in its office in Basingstoke.

The Role
An ideal opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer with extensive experience in this legal discipline to work at a long-established firm. The position will run from 25th June 2018 for two weeks and will involve managing a large Residential Conveyancing caseload with some Commercial Property work. You will be assisted by a dedicated team of support staff and your duties may include: new builds; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches and; transfers of equity. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Legal Executives and Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
Some experience in Commercial Property would be advantageous.
Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills.
You will be skilled at working within a team as well as on your own initiative.
Demonstrating excellent organisational skills, you will possess the ability to prioritise tasks.
