Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a fast growing firm with an excellent reputation. They are are looking to recruit an experienced, well rounded commercial real estate lawyer to work within a 5 fee earner team.

If successful you will have the opportunity to work on a broad mix of real estate matters for high net worth individuals and SMEs. The caseload is predominantly landlord and tenant, acquisition / disposal and refinancing but the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop niche specialisms.

If successful then you will be the second most senior lawyer in the team and will be asked to assume a leadership role and mentor more junior members of staff.

The ideal caniddate will have a strong academic background and will have worked for at least 5 years post qualification in a leading regional practice and will want to work on high quality matters for high quality clients in a modern well managed business.

My client is a Legal 500 firm which offers an excellent basic salary, a bonus scheme and pay an annual general staff bonus.
