Job Details
If you are a trainee solicitor looking for a role within Dispute Resolution on qualification, with one of the country's leading teams, then this position is well worth your consideration.
The firm are a modern, progressive law firm that thinks differently, and has built a culture where individual skills and personalities can shine through. Due to the demand of the sector, they require an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor who will complement their existing team.
Alternatively, if you are a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience or particular interest in Finance Disputes and have up to 2 years PQE then equally our client would be interested in considering you for this position based in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 6 months experience within Commercial or Finance Litigation during your training contract or up to 2/3 years PQE within a reputable firm. The work you will gain exposure to is complex and interesting and due to this requires a strong academic background.
The successful candidate should have an ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than simply an 'academic' approach to legal issues and be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients.
You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical and commercial approach to your workload and advice to clients.
