Litigation Solicitor.
A local, reputable law firm in Walsall is seeking a litigation solicitor to join their team due the retirement of the current solicitor.
This long standing law firm which prides itself on servicing local clients to the highest standard is seeking a litigation solicitor to join a small department. You will be handing a caseload of civil litigation matters to include personal injury, human rights claims, judicial review and actions in negligence or breach of statutory duty. As a litigation solicitor at this small but reputable firm you will also be assisting the Partner in relation to commercial litigation matters.
The firm does offer supervision but you must be able to run your own caseload from the outset. To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least three years plus experience as a litigation solicitor with experience of the above mentioned matters. You must be driven, ambitious with a desire to progress internally.
For the right person there is a chance to develop into other areas! The firm offers a fantastic working environment, an excellent work life balance, and is perfect for somebody local looking to work for a local firm.
