The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Partner in their City of London based office.

The Real Estate department is ranked highly in the Legal 500. They handle matters spanning from the structuring of large, complex acquisitions through development and ultimate disposition. They advise a diverse group of clients, including developers, lenders, operators, private owners and real estate investment trusts (REITs), and frequently represent landlords and tenants in all facets of office, commercial, retail and industrial leasing transactions.

Additionally, they counsel hospitality clients in all aspects of their businesses. Backed by the world's leading health care law practice, they also have extensive experience handling real estate matters for companies in the health industry.

You will deal with a varied caseload, which will include advising internationally based clients. The department is very busy, so the firm are keen to hear from candidates from varying Real Estate backgrounds.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have strong Real Estate experience working for a highly regarded Real Estate department
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
