Legal 500 firm Construction law opportunity. The firm have a long-standing presence in the Yorkshire market with offices in several locations.

My Client is seeking an experienced Construction Law Solicitor to join the wider Commercial Property team and to work across primarily non-contentious matters.

You will work for a wide range of clients from Developers to Contractors and your caseload will include the drafting and negotiation of building and engineering contracts as well as reviewing development agreements and agreements for lease.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark and to grow the Construction law offering from this firm. You should be happy to go out to market and business develop and have a minimum of 3 years PQE.

Salary is totally open and dependent on experience and great benefits are also on offer as well as a relaxed working environment and a good work/life balance.
