A national commercial firm with ambitious growth plans are looking to add to their construction team with the recruitment of a solicitor.

The ideal candidate will be between NQ-5 years qualified. You will be working closely with a senior lawyer in the Cambridge office dealing with a mix of contentious and non contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating construction related, contracts, advising in contractual disputes/adjudications as well as undertaking due diligence on construction projects such as residential and commercial developments. You will have access to top quality high value work and have close contact with clients allowing you the chance to develop a name for yourself in this specialist area.
