Civil Litigation Solicitor Required
Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive 0-5 years PQE
We are looking to recruit a full time Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-5 years PQE to our busy litigation team.
This broad general ligation role will include advising on disputes between both private clients and businesses. We are also proud to offer limited services on a legal aid basis.
As a guide, applicants can expect to be advising on the following areas:
· Contract, shareholder, insurance disputes
· Debt recovery
· Negligence claims
· Property disputes
· Contentious probate matters
· Claims against local authorities
· Employment
