Commercial Solicitor - London - 2+PQE.
 
We are seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor to join this leading Legal 500 firm in the London area.
 
Due to expansion, you now have the opportunity to join one of the highest ranked Commercial teams in the South East. The team deal with exceptional clients ranging from start-ups to multi-national, household names and institutions.
 
The work is diverse, although candidates with previous experience of IP and/or IT are of particular interest. There is exposure to corporate work too, if that is of interest.
 
Typical matters include: 
 
- Commercial contracts and fundraising
- IP, patent and copyright; both contentious and non-contentious
- IT agreements, supplychain and outsourcing
- E-business and corporate support
 
To be considered for this Commercial Solicitor opportunity, you will:
 
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 2 or more years PQE in this commercial practice area.
- Have a strong academic record and gained experience in a similarly well-regarded practice (London or the Regions).
- Be commercially minded with a clear commitment to developing with this area of law.
