Your new role
Working within the private client practice group, you will support the excellent service and legal advice to companies, individuals and medical boards alike across a wide variety of matters and claims. Whether it be life changing or an inquest not being held, the specialist team and department is well equipped to support with both emotional welfare to psychological support. This role would be suitable for a solicitor or legal executive who to be based in the firms Reading office and will focus on medium to low claims both pre and post litigation stage to assist with a swift and smooth result. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years experience working at this level.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience and knowledge of clinical negligence claims, be competent with undertaking clinical negligence fee-earning work and provide contribution to the business development of the department. Take details and witness statements as well as occasional travel around the country. You should also have an in dept knowledge of the CPR and court rules.
