Job Details
My client are a Legal 500 firm who are actively recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has solid experience advising clients across multiple jurisdictions.
This department advise HNW families on a range of matters including; will advice, international tax planning (including residence and domicile), succession planning including assets in foreign jurisdictions, international probate, trusts, and powers of attorney. Some clients have agricultural property, which will require advice on inheritance tax.
This is an established client base the firm has nurtured for years and developed, hence this is an existing workload.
