Family Solicitor - Brighton £35K+ (DOE)

A truly excellent Family Law practice with an expanse of in depth expertise in Family Law based in a tranquil location away from noise of central Brighton with some pleasant local attractions. The firm provide advice across Sussex, The Southeast and London and rightly see themselves at the leading edge of Family Law with recognition from Resolution, Chambers UK and the Law Society. Providing clients with extensive advice and a range of options often presenting solutions that avoid the traditional court process with many of the firm's team being trained collaborative Lawyers.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join the team in Brighton (ideally 2yrs PQE+). The team deal with a broad range of family matters including matrimonial, finances,divorce or civil partnership dissolution, prenuptial, pre-civil partnership and cohabitation/living together agreements and disputes, children including child arrangements, parental responsibility, removal from the jurisdiction and special guardianship as well as LGBT clients and alternative family structures. The subject matter are many and varied and the firm welcomes individuals with their own specialisms and expertise within the family law landscape.

If you are keen to continue your career with a leading light in the Family Law sector and are keen to develop further and become recognised by your own peers and future clients as an exceptional solicitor this position should be of interest to you. You will have great empathy for the client and be compassionate and sensitive in your approach in areas where often individuals find themselves in extremely distressing situations.
