The Role

Because this firm are dealing with an excellent quality and quantity of commercial property work, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) or Legal Executive to join their thriving Commercial Property team in Hastings, East Sussex.

The Commercial Property team act on buying and selling, from studio flats to multi-million pound properties, for lenders, on investment properties, in transfers of Equity and remortgages, agricultural land and shared ownership, new build, Power of Attorney and extending leases and freehold.

You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment.
