Job Title: Locum CPO Officer
Job reference: SSH/624003
Job description: This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced CPO Officer to join an established Public Sector organisation in Greater Manchester on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Making Compulsory Purchases and dealing the whole process
- Dealing with confirmations
- Handling any enquiries made by the client department
- Undertaking the declaration process and confirming funding
- Dealing with CPO's/GVD's
The candidate should have previous experience dealing with CPO's and be able to hit the ground running. Previous Local Government experience is highly desirable but not essential.
