This reputed top tier law firm is recruiting into its real estate team in Bristol. Due to expansion, they are looking for a junior solicitor with 0-2 years’ experience within commercial property and a second hire with 2-6 years experience.

Within this firm, you will work closely with some excellent real estate partners and associates. Your case load will be broad to include strategic development of projects for national and local developers, for residential and commercial use schemes, secured lending on behalf of a range of lender clients, and landlord and tenant issues for investment property companies.

The work is challenging and complex. You will be fully supported to achieve your personal goals and progress your career within this fantastic firm and department. 

Newly qualified solicitors who have completed a seat in commercial property are encouraged to apply, as are those with more experience looking for a step up in their career.
