Full service Legal 500 law firm with offices throughout Merseyside and Cheshire are seeking a qualified conveyancer (FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor) to join their award winning conveyancing department that has a strong reputation throughout Merseyside.

You will be heading up a small team in their North Merseyside office and will be dealing with high value clients in the Formby, Maghull, Southport and Crosby area. As this is a traditional practice you will be meeting with clients face-to-face on a regular basis. Given the area's you will be working in experience of working on high value and £multi-million properties will prove advantageous as a large proportion of the client base are affluent. You may also be required to assist with business development and visit existing clients (estate agency's, financial advisers, etc.) so a personable attitude will be required.

You must be able to run a full caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion as you will be supervising / managing junior staff on all aspects of a file. Work will range from standard sale & purchase to remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy, new builds, flats and help to buy matters on both freehold and leasehold matters. Whilst the majority of work is locally based this firm are on national panels so you will be expected to deal with some national work also.
