Commercial Property Locum

Role: Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: London and Northern Home Counties

Hourly Rate: £30 per hour + (d.o.e)

Description

I am currently working with a multi-office firm who are needing to utilise the services of a locum for an on-going period of time.

With an excellent reputation, the firm are looking for a locum who can hit the ground running from day one.  There may be the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

Experience within all elements of Commercial Property Law is essential and the successful candidate will be able to work completely without assistance dealing with:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties Rent reviews Termination and renewal of leases under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Alterations Dilapidations and liability for repairs

The firm are looking for a candidate to start after the first May bank holiday, however they will consider a later start date for the right candidate.
