The role will suit a recently qualified Solicitor who is keen to join a well-established firm managing a strong client base. The salary on offer for this role is a competitive market rate.

The Corporate Commercial team provides specialist advice to public and private companies based in the UK and internationally, family own businesses, private individuals, venture capitalists, banks and financial institutions. They advise on UK and international commercial contracts, T&C's, competition law, data protection, IT and communication, marketing, brands, outsourcing and regulation.

The work load will have slightly more focus on the Corporate side and it is essential you hold strong academics - ideally minimum a 2:1 Degree.
