This particular position will be working amongst highly experienced Partners and Fee Earners, so an appropriate level of advice/training will be on offer as well as secretarial support.

Responsibilities 

You will be required to undertake paid out of office hours work with good remuneration and support. You will be dealing with a lot of Magistrates Work as well as handling Police Station and Crown Court files.

Professional Qualities

This post is likely to suit a newly qualified Duty Solicitor seeking opportunities to gain experience and take responsibility, however all applicants with the Duty accreditation will be considered.

You will be handling an extremely heavy caseload, so an individual who can handle and prioritise a constant flow of work is required. Due to CRM12 this position is open to those who can be admitted by mid-July.
