Our client is a major top 100 UK Law firm seeking to recruit a real estate solicitor, due to expansion, to join their commercial development team representing an impressive range of clients.
 
This Birmingham-based role has arisen due to increased activity within the department and as such out client is looking for a talented real estate solicitor with at least one years’ experience. The right candidate will be somebody with experience and a strong interest in representing development and investment clients on a variety of real estate matters.
 
You will work closely with clients and partners in the development and investment team and you will be offered some fantastic support and guidance. The Birmingham team itself offers some fantastic quality work, along with a track record of promoting internally through the ranks all the way through to partnership. 
 
You will deal with a range of work to include, but not limited to, the grant and exercise of options, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, development agreements, development management agreements, forward funding and acquisition and disposal work. There is also the chance to represent banks and banks’ customers in putting together development finance and investment finance deals and packages.
