The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Commercial Property department in Brighton, East Sussex.

The firm's reputation, expertise and experience are so great that they are experiencing a great influx of work; as such, they are looking to expand their Commercial Property department.

They are in particular looking for a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to handle the largest value and most complex Property cases, to help cross refer work to the Litigation and Private Client teams, and to help the department grow its client base.

The Commercial Property team drafts and negotiates leases of commercial properties including shops and restaurants, offices and industrial units, renewals and termination of leases, consents for assignments and alterations, purchases and sales of commercial properties, landlord and tenant lease covenants, acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties, disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, land and property development, Trust property, sale and purchase of businesses, and much more.
