Commercial Solicitor

The Firm

The firm has a clear strategic plan to grow revenue via its 10 year plan. They already enjoy significant income stream, as well as this, plans are well underway to grow additional revenue from other avenues, this is a very exciting time for them.

Over the coming years the firm will increase its income from their current streams, whilst also targeting commercial and private client growth within the wider market.

The Role

They are seeking an In-House Commercial Solicitor 6+ PQE. This is not a typical Commercial Solicitor role in Bristol.

The key areas of interest are:

• Finance and Regulation i.e insurance and data protection
• General Commercial i.e Procurement, Contract advice, Sales and acquisitions of goods and services, agency and distribution, outsourcing services
• IT telecoms/Media i.e Procurement, contracts and licences

This role will be based in the heart of Bristol.

This role will have you working with an experienced team and managing them.
You will be:

• A Commercial Solicitor with 6 years + PQE;
• provide a non-contentious specialist service to business clients;
• bring a broad and varied experience of company and general commercial law;
• have experience of working in the legal SME sector;
• have proven experience of managing a team and a strong performance management culture;
• be highly skilled and technically precise with the confidence and ability to lead others and gain their support quickly; and
• build the confidence of clients and team members alike through your positive, progressive and enthusiastic approach to the challenges and opportunities which will present themselves.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified Commercial Solicitor to join an excellent firm as their in-house solicitor.
