Employment Solicitor. A law firm in Cambridge requires an ambitious employment solicitor to join their busy employment team. The employment solicitor will have some post qualification experience and will be required to demonstrate relevant experience in dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment work including conducting advocacy when required. The employment work will involve advising corporate and individual clients on employment matters. The employment solicitor role will also require the successful employment solicitor to support more experienced solicitors with often complex work and will be exposed to the firm's wider business development initiatives and, therefore, you should be commercially minded with an interest in business development. You will also have a strong academic background and be IT literate.
