A prominent and outstanding national law firm is currently seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor on a locum basis in Manchester City Centre. With a market-leading Personal Injury department, this firm is seeking experienced and well-skilled individuals to take them further and fully service their wide range of clients.

The firm's reputation truly proceeds itself, known for supporting their employees while fighting for the optimum result for all involved. Doing things differently is certainly a term that can be used when describing them. They're not looking to hammer someone with micromanagement or unfair KPI's, they want an individual that can show off their skills and experience, with a firm support team in place ready to back you up whenever you need it.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a caseload which involves multi-track Personal Injury cases. Ideally, you will have the required knowledge of the sector and the ability to see cases through from inception to completion. We're looking at those candidates with experience of a claimant caseload. Experience within Personal Injury alongside litigation is essential. You will also be able to work on your own or as part of a wider unit which includes an excellent support team. The ability to assess and provide advice on evidence liability and quantum is also required. Full knowledge of CPR rules and the litigation process is essential.

Ideally, you will hold either a Law Degree or have passed the GDL.

Rates are entirely negotiable and open for discussion.
