Solicitor 2+ PQE - Private Client 

An opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor has arisen to join a well-established practice based in Haywards Heath. You will need to be confident in handling your own matters independently and will be able to demonstrate an approachable manner with clients.

Opportunity:

This position will involve a mix of work and will see you deal with anything from basic wills & probate matters through to complex trusts & estates, court of protection and LPA's with full secretarial support.

The client base will be varied and will see you deal with local clients from the surrounding areas alongside high net worth clients from the South East of England. Ideally you will be comfortable with business development and able to generate new work for the department.

You also will ideally have a sound knowledge of Inheritance and Capital Gains tax legislation.
