Salary: Competitive Salary dependant upon experience

Full Time Private Client Solicitor/FiLEX with at least 3-5 years PQE in a private client fee earning position or a returning fee earner to the profession.   STEP qualification and membership of Solicitors for Elderly is of advantage but not essential.

You will be taking over a caseload of medium to high net worth individuals and will be expected to visit Clients out of the office as and when required.  The key areas of expertise we require are:-

Wills & Lasting Power of Attorneys

Probate

Court of Protection

Trust and Tax Planning

Agricultural law would also be of preference

The successful applicant should possess an enthusiastic approach to business development and access to your own transport is essential.
