Job Details
A well regarded commercial firm is currently searching for a suitable solicitor to sit within its dispute resolution team in Colchester.
The team, and wider firm, is recognised within the regions in the legal 500 and chambers directories as a market leader. Due to growing caseloads and further expansion we are welcoming applications from ambitious solicitors at the 2+ PQE range with a proven background within insolvency/commercial litigation.
It is essential you have broad experience dealing with a range of debt recovery, banking litigation and insolvency work inclusive of contentious insolvency.
You will be assisting the directors in addition to running your own caseload with the necessary support and supervision in place.
The role offers progression within a commercially focussed team environment. Promotions are given based on merit rather than time served with the practice.
