In this role you will be representing a variety of clients that are facing construction and property disputes, with duties including but not limited to, commercial and landlord tenant disputes, lease renewals, risk management, cost recovery, TCC proceedings, ADR, adjudications and more. You will also promote the services of the Litigation Department internally and externally. You will be taking a proactive approach and developing a client base.
The successful candidate should ideally be 5 years' PQE or more. However, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
