Job Details
We are currently working with our client who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team in Didsbury as the department is growing due to the increase in demand for the firm's high quality services.
As a Residential Conveyancer you will be getting involved in a variety of duties to include running own case load of Freehold and Leasehold files with minimal supervision. You would be dealing with all aspects of transactions including taking initial instruction and opening the files, help draft contracts on sales and getting involve with Help to Buy ISAs and equity loans.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Residential Conveyancer, preferably with a commercial background too but this is not essential for the role! You should be enthusiastic about conveyancing work and want to progress within a firm. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage your time well. You must also be able to commute to the Didsbury office on a daily basis.
