Are you looking for the next step in your Residential Conveyancing career? If so, our client are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their growing and in-demand team in Didsbury to get involved with high quality conveyancing work.
The Senior Residential Conveyancer role will consist of running your own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold, New Builds, Flats - so a really mixed caseload - from inception through to completion with minimal to no supervision. You would be getting involved in all aspects of the transaction process including: investigating titles on purchases and raising enquiries; reporting to the clients; drafting contract and taking instruction and opening and closing the files.
The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Residential Conveyancer role running own caseload of files. You should have a full understanding of the Residential Conveyancing process. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to manage your own time effectively and efficiently. You should also be able to set to the Didsbury office on a daily basis.
