Job Details
A leading commercial firm is currently searching for a suitable solicitor to sit within its Disputes team in St Albans.
The team is highly regarded both locally and within the legal 500 and chambers directories. Due to ambitious growth strategies we are welcoming applications from solicitors at the 4+ PQE range with a proven background within commercial litigation and/or insolvency who will reinforce the wider commercial teams working directly under the experienced Partners.
It is essential you have broad experience dealing with a range of litigation work such as contractual, business to business, shareholder and intellectual property disputes as well as property litigation, defamation, injunctions & professional negligence claims.
You will be assisting the directors in addition to running your own caseload with the necessary support and supervision in place. Ideally the successful lawyer will have an appetite to get involved with bigger/ more complex cases.
