Commerical Litigation Solicitor - KetteringOur client has a strong regional commercial presence and are currently seeking an enthusiastic solicitor NQ-4 to join the busy Commercial Litigation Team at Kettering.
The position would initially provide support to the team on the full range of disputes that businesses and individuals encounter, to include breach of contract, shareholder/directors disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property/land disputes and costs.
We are looking for a person ideally with experience of the Civil Procedure Rules, but more importantly a willingness to learn and develop new areas of specialism, and an enthusiasm for marketing. Essential skills are an attention to detail and an ability to perform under pressure in a supported environment.
The role would suit either a newly qualified solicitor wishing to specialise in Commercial Litigation, or someone with up to 2 years' relevant experience looking for their next job move post qualification.
