A rare opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded private client specialist has come up in West Yorkshire.

I currently have a senior vacancy for an experienced private client solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Rothwell and recognised nationally for its high quality offering within the private client sector, attracting prestigious clients from across the UK.

Along with some senior responsibilities this private client solicitor role will see you dealing with the full spectrum of private client work. 
 
The team of expert solicitors specialise in all matters related to wills, trusts and probate including will writing, property trusts, inheritance tax planning, charitable gifts and donations. They also specialise in dealing with the elderly and people who are too ill to make their own choices and decisions, dealing with matters such as Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and Court of Protection. 

Applications are welcomed from solicitors of 3 years’ PQE upwards. To be considered for this private client solicitor role, you will be technically competent with a wide range of private client experience. Membership of STEP would be desirable, but this is not essential.

The successful private client solicitor will be offered a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
