Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Our clients, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Essex firm have asked us to assist them in finding a further commercial solicitor to join their expanding corporate and commercial finance business team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to further their career in a friendly and highly successful team who pride themselves on their specialist knowledge.

Based at one of their Essex offices they are now seeking a solicitor with c.4 years + PQE to manage a busy and complex caseload. You will be handling a range of transactions, advising on corporate structures, shareholder agreements, drafting commercial contracts and terms of business. Candidates with previous experience or an interest in IP matters would be at a distinct advantage.

You will be encouraged to take part in marketing and business development activities, so any relevant experience will be beneficial.
