Product Liability Solicitor

Product Liability Solicitor - A London insurance law firm requires a Product Liability Solicitor. The Product Liability Solicitor will be required to manage a case load of domestic and international product liability, recall claims and coverage issues across a range of industry sectors. The type of work may involve fire or flood damage for commercial property claims due to products designed, supplied or installed. The cases will be varied and can range from electrical faults to international manufacturer claims to product recalls involving contaminated food.
The Product Liability and Recall team provide advice to businesses operating in key industry sectors and provide a global, comprehensive product liability and recall service as well as handling regulatory and criminal prosecutions resulting from personal injury and damage to property both in the UK and internationally.
Ideally candidates will have previous exposure to product liability claims or property damage claims however we are happy to consider candidates with a broad insurance background with strong technical litigation knowledge.  Salary to £47,000.
