Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle an interesting range of respondent work. Your caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm acts for a broad array of clients that include larger corporate entities as well as SMEs and you can expect to enjoy plenty of client contact.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You will have good client care skills and have a well honed commercial approach.
