The Role

Because the firm have succession planning in mind, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the firm in their flourishing Bexhill-on-Sea office, East Sussex.

The firm deal with a very good level of Residential Property work; this is a thriving and flourishing department for them. As well as providing excellent secretarial support, with one of the best Solicitor/Partner to Secretary ratios I have come across, they have a state of the art IT system, meaning that very little time is wasted doing administrative work- providing an excellent alternative to the antiquated case systems of old.

The Residential Property team's work includes: transferring the ownership of land or buildings across owners, checks and searches on properties before sales, commercial property plan searches, changes of ownership through divorce or death, and Land Registry searches.
