Top 200 Lancashire based full service law firm with a tremendous Real Estate department split over 3 offices throughout Lancashire are seeking a junior solicitor to join their award winning team.

Ideally you will be a 1 - 5 Year PQE Solicitor however Solicitors with more PQE than this will also be considered for the position as there is lots of high value work in place with large blue-chip companies with Commercial Properties transactions valued into the millions.

Work will rival anything else within the North West and will consist of sales, acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, secured lending and development work with a focus on retail & leisure clients.The opportunity to assist with departmental development and to help with new business generation will also be on offer so prior experience in assisting with business development would be ideal but not essential.

Salary will be based on experience however anything in the realms of £30k - £40k is entirely possible and a generous benefits scheme coupled with a bonus is also on offer.
