Warminster

An established fee earner paralegal/ Solicitor/ CILEX is required by regional law firm that is experiencing a sustained period of growth and plays an active part in developing business and marketing. An experienced fee earner able to run a diverse caseload of residential transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, deed of variation, re-mortgages and playing a key role in developing business further through business development and marketing.

Regarded law firm rated within the Legal 500 is seeking to expand its Conveyancing team and recruit an experienced fee earner within its existing team. This multiple location law firm is going through a period of expansion and has huge plans for the future.

This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing fee earner able to handle a diverse caseload dealing with an existing portfolio of clients and referral services and expanding this further.
