A top ranked Bristol firm is looking looking for a Senior Associate to join their successful and growing Corporate team.

The work is high quality, complex and varied - services provided by the team include; venture capital, private equity, M&A, financial services, fund formation, capital markets, etc. The clients are both national and international organisations from different industries (digital, financial services, utilities, infrastructure, and similar)

They are looking for an experienced solicitor who has a knowledge and Experience of the full spectrum of corporate law. They are looking for candidates form well respected city or nationally recognised firms at senior associate level.
