Commercial Contracts Solicitor

They include SME's, financial institutions, large retailers, real estate investors and PLC's.

They have a very strong Commercial Division spread across a number of offices nationally and are looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with strong commercial contract drafting/negotiation skills.

Work would be varied and include all manner of commercial contracts work including: E-commerce and online contracts, franchising and licensing, Intellectual Property exploitation, partnering and licensing, IT and software contracts, sales/agency and distribution agreements

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting law firms in the country with a first-rate client base and a lot of interesting work.

Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate.
