Corporate Lawyer

Applicants from NQ to 3 years PQE will be considered for what is an exciting opportunity at a niche commercially focused firm in Greater Manchester.

The firm is very keen to hear from lawyers with either a transactional focused corporate background or a a more general commercial/corporate set of experience.

The role will involve working alongside the Head of Department on M&A work as well as gaining experience in areas such as company restructuring/re-organisation, share buy backs and general corporate advisory work. There may be a small element of commercial contract drafting as and when required.

The firm can be considered one of the top mid sized commercial practices in the area and is lead by a former Partner from one of the leading Manchester based nationals. You will be exposed to high quality work from day one. Clients currently include a number of leading national corporations but the bulk of the work comes directly from leading local SME's and investors.
