Job Details
A top 100 law firm, with offices across the country is looking for a junior Corporate Solicitor to join their team successful in Bristol.
The role involves a varied workload of Corporate transactions, including M&A work, private equity deals, Joint ventures etc. Across a range of industries; Energy, banking, real estate, insurance etc. The team is multi-disciplinary and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the top rated corporate lawyers outside of London.
They are looking for an ambitious junior solicitor (NQ - 2 years ideally) with corporate experience gained at a good firm. You must also have very good client management skills, a good record of managing your own workload and be happy with modern IT systems.
