An Employment Solicitor opportunity has become available for a well-known High Street firm based in Stoke-On-Trent.
Operating for nearly 100 years within Staffordshire, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside 2 partners, 1 Associate Solicitor and a Paralegal, secretarial support will also be provided. You will be required to work efficiently as part of a team, and be confident in your ability to outsource dictation. Previous experience of managing claims through the Business Employment Tribunals is essential.
The successful applicant will also be required play an active part in a range of business development activities. You will ideally have both contentious and non-contentious experience on behalf of respondents.
Applications are invited from experienced Employment Solicitors who have worked in a similar well-established environment. We are seeking candidates that have at least 2 years PQE, however those outside of this banding will also be considered provided they have the relevant experience.
