Corporate Tax Solicitor - Bristol
International law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking to expand it's top tier tax team.
The team is responsible for a wide range national and international transactions both contentious and non-contentious for major clients and you will be responsible for providing corporate finance support, assistance with acquisitions and mergers, HMRC investigations and advice on investments and complex tax issues.
This is a technically strong team and requires an additional Solicitor that has first class academics and training. Existing CTA qualification is advantageous and previous expertise gained within Corporate Tax team is essential.
