An Intellectual Property and Trade Mark team is looking to expand in London. This international firm is innovative, dynamic and quick to adapt to market changes putting them ahead of the game. They represent global clients in a range of industries who wish to identify, establish, protect, exploit and enforce their IP rights in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

They are now seeking a qualified trade mark attorney with not less than 4 years post-qualification experience including trademarks, design and copyright to support some of the world's most recognisable brands.

The department deals with a varied trade mark focused caseload which makes the role interesting, this will include; searching, filings, assignments, portfolio management and infringement. The role is client- facing, fast and vibrant, with a genuine work/life balance.

It is expected that you will be a Qualified Trade Mark attorney of upwards of 4 years post qualification experience. You should be ambitious, dynamic and enthusiastic with a real passion for Trade mark work. Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
