Private Client Solicitor

One of Lancashire's leading law firms is looking to take on a private client solicitor to join their highly respected private client team.

The firm has a first-rate reputation in the Preston area for providing wills and estate planning advice. The work the team delivers includes will drafting, trusts, care of the elderly, basic tax planning, setting up and administering trusts in respect of the family home, probate and estate administration, inheritance and will disputes.

Although there is some flexibility, the Head of Department is keen to recruit a solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience who can offer a broad spectrum of private client services.

The firm has offices spread throughout the Preston area and the location of the role is flexible depending upon the successful candidate's requirements.
