Our client is a modern and specialist commercial law firm whose growth has been very much strategic and impressive over the last few years.  The firms' structure allows clients to benefit from straightforward commercial legal advice from specialists in core areas such as real estate, corporate and commercial and litigation and can assist clients across various sectors, regionally and nationally.
 
Due to further new client wins the real estate team has an opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join, ideally at 1-6 years' PQE but this is not prescriptive. If you have real estate experience, particularly in the development sector outside of this bracket, the firm would be keen to consider your application.
 
The role will be based in the Manchester city centre office working with a team dealing with all aspects of real estate work including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and secured lending. You will join specialist lawyers dealing with wider areas of property work including social housing on a larger scale from site acquisitions through to completion and finance work. 
 
You will specifically be working as part of the core real estate team across sectors including investment, retail, leisure, food and beverage and manufacturing.  The team is very good at offering packaged services to make it very clear and transparent for the client, which will help you to build good relationships from the very outset of the transaction through to completion.

To be considered for this Manchester-based real estate solicitor role you will need to have experience from a good regional mid-tier law firm or indeed from a national firm not wishing to compromise on the quality of commercial property work per se but wanting a more flexible working culture that supports a good balance.
